Not receiving an otp could be the result of network issues or poor reception.
We request you to do the following:
1. Wait for 2-5 mins to receive the code. Do not exit the app.

3. If no OTP is received. please message and request directly to our facebook page. Our customer service will be happy to assist you with your OTP.
