Kindly request for a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) or Letter of Authorization (LOA) and send it to kamusta@gigacover.com. Kindly request at least 2 days before the check-up date.
There are no additional requirements to undergo a general check-up, and there is no limit to the number of sessions you can have.
Maaaring humingi ng Letter of Guarantee (LOG) o Letter of Authorization (LOA) at i send ito sa kamusta@gigacover.com. Humingi ng request na hindi bababa sa 2 araw bago ang petsa ng check-up.
Walang karagdagang requirements para sumailalim sa general check-up at wala rin itong walang limitasyon sa bilang ng mga sesyon na maaari mong gawin.
